Basic medical science classes

I am a qualified and certified medical doctor with over seven years of teaching experience. From my days as a medical student to my current practice, I have taught students across different academic levels in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, as well as Human Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry and Medical Physiology. My medical background and teaching experience enable me to simplify complex scientific and mathematical concepts in a clear, structured and relatable manner. I have taught in over three lesson centres and students from more than three universities, particularly in Health, Medical and Nursing Sciences. I have prepared students for major Nigerian examinations, including WASSCE, NECO, NABTEB, GCE and JAMB, helping them build strong understanding, confidence and excellent results. I strongly believe that no student is a dummy. Every student has unique learning abilities, memory capacity and pace. I therefore adapt my teaching to each student’s needs, using patience, simplicity, appropriate visuals and evidence-based approaches to maximise understanding and retention. I do not simply teach; I ensure my students learn, understand, retain and apply what they have been taught. I am not just a teacher; I am a born teacher.

My class sessions are not just aimed at rattling off information or simply teaching; they are designed to ensure that every student goes home each day having gained new knowledge in preparation for their examinations. I don’t just teach; I also ensure that the student actually learns, by whatever means necessary, even if it means me dancing, for the student to understand and retain what has been taught. I also enhance my teaching and improve students’ retention by using appropriate visual aids, giving assignments and homework after each class session to reinforce their memory, and keeping their minds actively engaged beyond the classroom. I am not just a teacher; I am a born teacher.
